Last week the year six were doing science.

For science we went to different classes like

room 10,11 and obviously room 12.

In all of the classes we did different things each

time,I liked all of them especially the experiment

with Miss Harris ,I liked the experiment about 

what is the heaviest sugar,salt or oil,I predicted  that 

the sugar was the heaviest and I was right.

My recount on Narwhals

DO YOU BELIEVE IN UNICORNS?

No of course not! But what about sea unicorns?

Maybe not but in fact they are kind of true.

WHERE DO THEY LIVE?

The sea unicorn (narwhal) live in icy subzero waters of the Article seas.In fact they do not go far 

away from ice.They live in groups of 5-10 most of the time.All narwhals can dive deep into the to around 800 meters but some narwhals can dive 1,500 meters. This makes them one of the deepest diving sea mammals.

WHAT DO NARWHALS LIKE TO EAT?

Usually narwhals eat Artic fish,Artic cod,shrimp and squid.

Sometimes even small other sea animals.

THEIR APPEARANCE?

Narwhals have similar skin to beluga whales.

They have black and white mottled skin," appearing to resemble the bodies of drowned 

soldier's" and we can not forget their tooth is usually twisted or spiralled around.

Some narwhals have two tusks.Some narwhals have no tooth at all !

HOW DO THEY  BREED?

Female start bearing calves between 6 to 8 years old adult narwhals mate in April or May

and they are pregnant for 14 months,Their calves are born between June and August.

DEADLY ENEMIES?

You may think these weird looking animals have no enemies

but you would be wrong!

Their biggest enemies are Orca whales.

The Orca and narwhals hide under packed ice in 

winters to keep away from polar bears,killers whales,walrus

and even sometimes humans.

BLURB?

Now I hope you believe in sea unicorns.The narwhal may be pretty 

weird but really the only thing I want to tell you is that

we need to try and protect them because they are really harmless

animals.After reading this I hope you start believe in the truth

and protect them by looking after the enviroment they live in.

Funny,carful,has a great big smile, fills everyone's bucket,

That is not naughty, nice,caring,friendly,not quite but even to loud.

Have heaps of manners,loyal,good sence of humour,nice,caring,friendly and heaps of other good manners,all care value's.

my haunted house story

boom,crash,smash,bang!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"where is all that noise coming from???" said Tom i think its from Miss Trunchball's house.
Did you know that Miss Trunchball's renting her house to Mrs and Mr Wormwood, they are Matilda's parents I said to Tom.

five hours later...............

Mrs and Mr Wormwood arrive and enter Miss Trunchball's house everyone says its   

HAUNTED!!!!!!!!!!! 

when Mrs and Mr Wormwood looked inside, there were loads of frightning BONES AND BLOOD on the GROUND. Miss Trunchball appeard from NOWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!

and said:

please come in!!!!!!!!!..........

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

'don't eat us!!!!!! we're not YOUR ENIMEES!!!!!!!!' they screamed.

Tom and Me ran to miss Trunchballs house and got a bucket of water and threw it on Miss Trunchball.

she DISAPPEARED, Mrs and Mr Wormwood smiled and said thanks alot, you saved us, everyone ran out of the house and put 158 locks on the door so it couldn't open because Miss Trunchball is a GHOST inside the house then no one has ever deared to go near the mysterious haunted house
